We have previously trained and worked in busy emergency service control rooms within the United Kingdom. Our years of experience have built our knowledge and expertise that resulted in our reputation for delivering a first class service, resolving any issue put before us. From routine daily business, to major incident management, we always ensure effective command and control.

​We know the legal or safety implications for handling a particular incident. From the initial research, seeking a venue, relevant marketing strategies, the list goes on.... Organisers have so many things to consider before the day(s) of the event, let alone the operational management throughout the time an event is actually running.

Having identified a lack of experienced professional staff we have sought to be in a position where we can support events with dedicated control room staff to either manage or support with the effective operation of any events.

Our team

Our team consists of a variety of emergency service professionals, both past and present. The team has rapidly grown over the past few years and there is now well over 100 years of combined experience. We can manage routine event preparations and delivery, through to dealing with any scenario that presents itself during the pre, during or post event stage.

Training and courses

The experience and knowledge gained from our work in the public sector, as well as that from working on different events, has enabled us to identify a training need. We have created a number of training courses to help those who want to become more efficient at providing control room services for events within the private sector.
