This is possibly something that people are unaware Mint Command support with! Although our Control Room work is our primary focus, for a number of years now we have been providing guidance to others to assist them, primarily with career and personal development.

By adapting the style to the needs of the person concerned we offer a unique combination of coaching and mentoring to assist people in developing and progressing into pastures new. 

Our proven approach has seen many people move into new jobs and subsequently find themselves in a better place all round. To be successful requires effort, patience and determination.

Having had over 3.5 years leading as the Head of Recruitment for a UK national facilities service provider with over 4000 staff, we have developed the ability to recognise the important traits for job progression.
