​Traditionally our focus has been set on supporting with assisting with mass participation sporting events and other leisure activities. Like so many other businesses we have adapted to identify ways to help current and new clients in allowing their services to operate by providing further support.

Although we suggest several options here, with Covid-19 and the impacts of Brexit, we welcome contact from any businesses or organisations that think we may be able to help them during the current times. 

Control Room Support


We can provide staff members to assist with the coordination of various functions to help business operations run smoothly.

From what we traditionally class as a 'control room' function, our team are able to receive and record messages, assess and process information, then liaise with all key stakeholders to ensure business activity flows the way that your business needs. 

Situational Awareness


Our teams are experienced in researching, coordinating and distributing updates to all those that need to have good situational awareness of an event or business operations. 

Since the outbreak of Covid-19 we have supported in various ways to help our client's operations run as they wish. This has included assisting a local authority with obtaining regular updates from different departments that were then collated into a single situational awareness document ('sitrep form'). These were then distributed to senior leaders within the organisation to help them, both in terms of making internal decisions and also to provide them with the most relevant and up to date information to share with partner agencies. This service could be replicated to support any organisation with their information management needs.

Remote Working


We can attend and work on-site at locations requested by our clients, or like so many, we can work remotely and conduct our tasks away from traditional business premises.

The team members are equipped with laptops, screens, phones and the internet, giving them access to a comprehensive logging platform that we have used on many occasions. This provides us with the ability to deliver a variety of support functions to assist anywhere that the need arises.
