Our team
Our team are selected because of their background, training and operational experience. Primarily located in the South East England area we are expanding the number of members that can assist with the variety of events across the UK.
All will be capable of supporting in coordinating multiple issues that you would expect to see in a busy control room environment, whether this be from an emergency service perspective or mass participation event organised in the private sector. Key things to expect from all team members are:

Our experience
We are all experienced in dealing with emergencies, and unlike many that support in control rooms and don't have the knowledge of what information to obtain, we bring calm to the potential storm and chaos occurring. We have a direct insight into the information that will be required for dealing with issues such as casualties, missing persons (vulnerable people) and specific requests from key stakeholders.
Although most medical issues on events are fairly minor and trivial, there are occasions when more serious incidents occur. Working with the event medical team and NHS ambulance service we ensure an immediate response to serious injuries and life threatening situations. Unfortunately we have dealt with a fatality on one of the events, however through tactful management and sensitivity the tragic incident was handled in a professional way to minimise stress to other event participants and staff alike. Should an issue develop where evidence is needed from one of our team then we will provide you with a detailed statement and any additional support to those who do not have experience of recording or providing such information. If needed we will attend at any relevant court case to provide evidence and assist other event colleagues that are not aware of such formalities. |
