Planning and support
We are able to provide whatever assistance is required to ensure the event control room is fully prepared and set up to cater for all individual needs of the event. Planning stages vary for all events and many will need more meetings to meet the requirements of a local Safety Advisory Group (SAG). Whatever is needed, we can support as much as is required. We know that our interventions and liaison with some stakeholders can reduce the pressure on event organisers.
Attend Planning MeetingsWe can attend Safety Advisory Group meetings and other sessions that are intended to ensure any event pre planning meets all requirements of all key stakeholders.
We would assume the lead on explaining the control room set up and requirements that have been agreed with our clients and give confidence that the event has a capable command, control and communication function to cater for all requirements. |

General planning supportWe will produce any relevant documentation that is required to support the event. This could include organisational charts, event communication plans, seating plans.
We regularly liaise with third parties on behalf of a client, such as event control room location hosts, other suppliers, local authorities and emergency services. |
Provide advice and guidanceOur backgrounds are such that we can give 'tactical advice' on what might be relevant to consider when dealing with the pre planning, or during event phase.
This can include providing information for clients to challenge others that are potentially acting outside of the law or leaving themselves and the event vulnerable. |

Deliver Tabletop ExercisesWe are able to produce specific desktop / tabletop exercises to test the ability of event organisers and stakeholders in dealing with a variety of scenarios that could occur at any event.
These can be delivered to small 'in-house' teams to test event plans, or to a wider audience for others who are supporting with the overall event production. |
Support with production buildThe additional assistance we provide is literally whatever is needed to help with the event set up. We would usually be involved with the event control room build for any event.
