The same discipline runs through every event we have worked on. These three show what it looks like in practice.
One of the largest mass participation cycling events in the country, run across three days in three separate locations. The event control room could not be a single fixed seat, so the function moved with the event while the record stayed continuous.
When the Tour de France opened in Yorkshire in 2014 it brought one of the largest roadside crowds the UK has seen. Mint Command worked stages 1 and 2 from the Race Central Operations Room, the hub coordinating the route.
The world championships ran in Hyde Park from 11 to 15 September 2013. Mint Command managed the race route channel for the full five days.
Named events only. Alongside these we work regularly on stadium and arena fixtures covering football, rugby, athletics, Major League Baseball and music concerts, and on corporate cycling events through the year.
